Not a surprise that this is under a bridge. Under bridge real estate is cheaper....

When exiting a downtown parkade you will find this "window" cut out of the wall.
It doesn't improve visibility of the sidewalk ahead but for some reason it is there and they painted the frame yellow to ensure you notice it. 

Under a brige of course. Reflections and graffiti ` made my day

This is across the alley from the business below. A mystery what's behind the door but they wanted us to have no doubts about the address.....
